Somos Tejanos, (Mestizos en cumplimiento de mi Papa); Y en la casa de mis padres, mi Mama siempre tenía arroz y frijoles y tortilla de maíz preparada cada día. Entonces simplemente para yo, arroz y frijoles. Esa aroma me recuerda bien.
